Forms, documents, and waitlists arrive in one flow and land on the right camper automatically.
The whole camp in one place — find what you need, handle the day, and close the season without the scramble.
Maybe it's spread across a handful of tools. Maybe it's one system that takes ten steps to do anything. Either way, the day fills up with work the job never required — the same details entered twice, a save for every small change, a workaround for the rest. The work isn't hard because camp is hard. It's hard because the tools make it harder than it should be.
Add your sessions, set your payment schedule, and configure your forms — once. Everything's ready to roll.
Share one link. Forms, payments, medical, and waitlists attach to the same camper record, on one dashboard.
Handle the day from a single roster, then close the books cleanly, with every number in one place.
Set up a camper, a payment, a form — once. Every part of the camp works from the same information, so a change in one place is a change everywhere. Nothing to re-enter, nothing to keep in sync by hand.
Forms, documents, and waitlists arrive in one flow and land on the right camper automatically.
Plans, financial aid, and refunds reconcile to Stripe without a second spreadsheet.
Announcements, parent messages, and email templates send from one place — not scattered across a personal inbox.
Missing medical forms surface before registration closes, so no camper arrives without one.
Onboarding, certifications, and bunk assignments stay current as your seasonal team scales up.
Financials, returning-family data, and the year's numbers, ready when the season ends.
We built Camp Runner because the directors we talked to were running real businesses on software that treated them like an afterthought — a patchwork of dated tools, spreadsheets, and PDF packets stitched together by one person who knew where everything was. Camp Runner is the system built for that person: one connected place for the whole camp, built around the director who runs everything. We're opening it to a small group of camps first, and working alongside each one as they move in.
Why we built it
We're opening to a small group of launch-partner camps for the 2027 season. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out as spots open.
We're setting launch-partner pricing with our first camps right now. Join the waitlist and we'll talk through the numbers directly — no demo gate, no surprise fees.
Yes. Send us an export from your current system and we’ll tell you exactly what comes across cleanly before you commit to anything. Launch partners get hands-on help with the move.
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, and camper, medical, and family records are scoped to a person's role, so people see what their work requires.
Directors of independent overnight and day camps running roughly 150 to 800 campers a season — the ones holding the whole operation themselves.
No. We work with each launch-partner camp to move in at a pace that fits your season, starting with registration and building from there.
